My Family and I moved to Sooke in 1983. Michael received his real estate license in 1985 and was Coast Capital Real Estate's first REALTOR in Sooke. Michael left what was then Pacific Coast Savings Real Estate in 1983 to open a new real estate office in Sooke with his wife Kathy. Michael and Kathy's office became the number one selling real estate office in Sooke. After 5 years they sold their company and Michael returned to Coast Capital Real Estate.
